Our Supply Operations

How we work with trade buyers

Ordering, pricing, delivery, and dispute handling — set out with complete transparency before you open your account.

Placing an Order

Four steps, confirmed in writing at every stage

The sequence is identical on your very first trial order and your fiftieth repeat delivery.

  1. 1. Request Quote or List

Tell us the lines and volume you need by phone or email. We check live stock and prepare an itemised quote.

  2. 2. Written Confirmation

We provide unit pricing, pack quantities, batch expiry dates and delivery lead times in writing.

  3. 3. Order Approval

Nothing is picked or invoiced until you approve the quote. Zero surprise substitutions or hidden fees.

  4. 4. Despatch & Itemised Invoice

Goods are despatched via tracked UK carriers, with the VAT invoice sent to your accounts email same-day.

Our Operating Standards

What you can hold us to on every order

Quote Before Commitment

You see the full landed cost, pack sizes, and lead time in writing before an order is committed.

Zero Silent Substitutions

If a brand or line is temporarily short, we notify you upfront and offer alternatives rather than quietly swapping stock.

Upfront Expiry Disclosures

Where stock is dated, shelf life is stated at quotation stage so you can plan turnover with confidence.

Quantities & Carriage

Order what sells, not what fills a lorry

Minimums exist in wholesale for a reason — picking, packing, and carriage incur real costs. But a rigid minimum that forces a business to hold six months of inventory helps nobody.

We work in case quantities upward, with mixed pallets available across categories so you can spread an order across fast-moving lines rather than over-investing in a single SKU.

Minimum order values depend on category and delivery point. We confirm yours in writing when your account is approved.

Delivery Standards

  • Mainland UK tracked delivery on all accounts
  • Lead time confirmed in writing on every quote
  • Pallet and parcel despatch tailored to order size
  • Carrier restrictions on aerosol/liquid lines flagged upfront
  • Delivery costs shown transparently as a separate line

Dispute Resolution Policy

Shortages, damages and credits

Every distributor experiences logistical issues on rare occasions. The difference is having a clear, rapid resolution policy written down rather than decided case-by-case.

  • Report shortages or damage within 5 working days of delivery
  • Photographs of outer transit packaging expedite resolution
  • Confirmed shortages credited or replaced immediately — your choice
  • We do not require costly returns of damaged goods before issuing credit notes
  • Full dispute policies defined in our transparent terms of trade

Once your initial trade account is established, repeat purchase orders are confirmed within hours and dispatched according to your preferred delivery schedule.

Yes. We encourage mixed pallet ordering across personal care, household, homeware, and DIY ranges to optimize your freight costs without overcommitting on any single line.

All orders are accompanied by itemised invoices showing unit costs, pack quantities, VAT breakdowns, and batch/provenance documentation upon request.

Delivery rates depend on order volume (parcel vs. quarter/half/full pallet) and delivery postcode. Rates are stated clearly as a separate line on your quote.
